1.Can I order a pair /piece sample?
Yes,you are welcome to order a pair/piece as sample before placing order, We don't mind to start the business from minimum order even 1 pair/piece.
We prefer to start a regular order at minimum 12pairs.Because you can enjoy the wholesale price when the quantity you order arrive 12pairs or more.
2. How can I get information after I have paid for the goods?
We will e-mail the tracking number of the express company to you as soon as we receive the tracking number.
3. When and how can I check on my order status?
Normaly, after 3days you can track your package(s).
4. How do I contact you if I have a question?
We prefer to be contacted by email or via MSN.
5. How long will it take to receive my goods?
It usually, on average, takes 7 business days to receive your order. Sometimes the goods are delivered faster. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
6. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?
Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.
7. Can you reserve a sample for me until I can pay for it?
Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.

Only store credit. We only offer store credits on shoes that are brand new and in the condition that we sent them to you. We will exchange the shoes if for reason we've sent the wrong shoe or size. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to us. If you do not ship it back to us for inspection, we cannot offer you credit and/or an exchange. Please email us within 12 hours of receiving the merchandise. You must send back the shoes within 5 days to be eligible for an exchange.
